Today, we are excited to introduce a new model in the Orient Mechanical Contemporary line as Orient celebrates its 75th anniversary — the Orient Stretto. The name Stretto is borrowed from the world of music, where it signifies a quickening of tempo that builds toward a climax, making it a fitting tribute to Orient's 75 years of watchmaking excellence. Inspired by the popular Semi Skeleton model, the Orient Stretto features a fresh design theme that captures the dynamic energy of urban landscapes. Among the new releases is the Orient Mechanical Contemporary Stretto Date Grey, a limited edition of just 2,900 pieces.

The newly refined 38.5mm case strikes the perfect balance between presence and wearability, measuring 45.5mm lug to lug with a slim 11.4mm profile that rests comfortably on the wrist. Its versatile proportions make it an ideal unisex size, appealing to both men and women who appreciate a sporty yet refined timepiece. Crafted from stainless steel with a tasteful mix of brushed surfaces and polished accents, the case embodies timeless sportiness and everyday versatility, while the mirror-polished reverse-R surface on the lugs adds a distinctive shine. Practicality is assured with a push-pull crown positioned at 3 o'clock and water resistance rated to 50m, making it a reliable companion for daily wear.

The Orient Mechanical Contemporary Stretto Date Grey embraces simplicity with a clean layout, featuring a date window at three o'clock and a central seconds hand. Its sapphire crystal protects a commemorative sunburst grey dial accented by striking orange seconds hands. Wedge-shaped indices rise like towering skyscrapers, while concentric circles beneath them echo the curves often seen in modern architecture. A nod to heritage, the dial proudly displays the original Orient logo from 75 years ago in elegant cursive script. For practicality, the hands are coated with luminescent material, ensuring clear visibility even in the dark.
 
Powering this timepiece is Orient's reliable automatic F6722 movement, equipped with 22 jewels and running at a beat rate of 21,600 vibrations per hour, or 3 Hz. It provides a power reserve of over 40 hours, ensuring dependable performance throughout the day. The screw-down case back not only enhances durability and water resistance but also offers a view of the mechanical movement through its see-through design. Adding a special touch, the case back is inscribed in cursive with "Orient Since 1950 75th Anniversary," and each watch features an individually engraved serial number, emphasizing its exclusivity.

This piece comes with a 20mm stainless steel bracelet featuring a simple three-row design with an H-link appearance.
