Warranty Policy

GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY

All items sold by Gnomonwatches.com are 100% genuine, authentic and brand new with their original serial numbers intact(where applicable).

WARRANTY

Every watch sold on our website is covered for a period of 1 to 4 years after purchase (see chart for warranty period). Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under the warranty program. All watches sold are covered by warranty and managed by GnomonWatches.com. In the event that you are unable to receive after-sales support for your watches locally, our Gnomon service centre will assist you with your watches. Simply email us at servicing@gnomonwatches.com should you need any assistance with your watch.

Depending on brand, additional warranty might be included by Gnomonwatches.com. Please note that the additional warranty is non-transferrable.

For repair of products under warranty, the original warranty card with our company stamp must be presented.

The limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear. It does not cover external physical damage to the watches, including:

• External wear-and-tear from normal daily use
• Water/moisture damage
• Damage to the watch case/bezel and finishes
• Damage to crystal/glass
• Damage to watch bracelet/band, straps, screws
• Damage to crown/stem
• Damage to clasp/buckle
• Any lost/missing parts on the outer portion of the watch
  
• Any lost/missing stones or gems on the outer portion of the watch or watch face
• Damage which is due to having the watch serviced by a third party
• Damage if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s guidelines.

Normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the colour and/or material of non metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating).

Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.) incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use of direction provided by Gnomon Watches.

Modifications, attempted repairs, or tampering with the watch by unauthorized third parties will render your warranty void. Any handling, disassembly or repair operations carried out by a third party other than an approved service center shall render the warranty null and void.
