To request a price match on an item listed on our website, simply fill out our price match form.
We only match authorised stockists and genuine products that meet the following conditions:
- The price match is requested prior to purchase, via the Price Match Promise form.
- The same brand and model is in stock and available for immediate sale by the competitor.
- Price comparison must include any delivery charges. Some sellers have a lower advertised price but high shipping cost.

When a Price Match Promise is agreed, no further discounts will be given. Please note that coupons are not stack-able. Unless otherwise stated, Price Match Promise codes may not be used in conjunction with any other codes, promotions, discounts, offers, eVouchers and coupons.
- The agreed Price Match Promise is only available for 24 hours.
- The lower price must be verifiable online. Verbal offers and offers on business cards cannot be entertained.
- Gnomon Watches reserves the right to refuse any Price Match Promise request without reason.
- We do not price match product sourced from an unauthorized distributor, grey market sellers or parallel importer, eg. eBay, Chrono24 and etc.
- We do not price watch demonstration model, second hand or refurbished.
