Unveiling the newest Engineer II Voyager 44, Ball has clad a chronometer certified automatic movement in one of their most popular Engineer Master II models. The Engineer Master II measures in at 44mm in diameter, and lug to lug of 51mm, with a height of 12.9mm. The dimension allows the wearer to have much wrist presence with better wearability. Further, it features a screwed-in crown, commonly found on most Ball’s watches, allowing it to have a 100m water resistant. Once the time and date adjustments are done, screw back the crown will enable one to wind it up for some action.
What makes the Engineer Master II Voyager durable is the use of 316L stainless steel through and through. The case distills multi-polished finishing throughout, where the most surfaces are satined finished while the bezel side are mirror polished. Here, the case houses Ball’s anti-shock system allowing for a remarkable shock resistance tested up to 5,000Gs.

Moving on to the dial, the new Engineer Master II takes some tweaks from the other versions, the 15 micro gas tubes on the dial are slimmer, while keeping an Arabic hour markers cladded with SuperLuminova, helping legibility when reading the time. 14 of them glows in bright green while the big one at 12 glows in deep orange to assist in dial orientation in the dark.
