This refreshing collection preserves Squale’s long history of producing quality dive watches while adding a modern touch with its upgrades in design and materials. This range features a brand new case design and new and exciting colours, coupled with popular unisex design features inspired by Squale’s heritage divers watches from the 60s.

More than a touch of modernity, the Squale 30 Atmos Ref. 1545 grey is a modernistic and passionate addition to Squale's Ref. 1545 collection. The most striking feature is its cool greyish dial. The dial has acquired a gradient-like look through the process of texturing, simulating the sense of flow within the watch. Aptly done for a dive watch!

Applied vintage hour markers

Housed within the newly-designed stainless steel case, the dial has spheric and trapezoid markers applied around the watch, with the date at the three o'clock position. The trapezoid markers are located at six and nine o'clock, with the larger version at twelve. As a dive watch, readability is vital, especially in low-lighting conditions. Besides the flat sapphire crystal with anti-reflection coating, the brand coated all its markers with SuperLuminova. Watch as they glow green in low light. Taking a closer look at the markers, you will notice the spot of red on the trapezoid markers. These are design features handed down from Squale's 1960s heritage watches. Also part of the design heritage is the oversized winding crown located to the side of the three o'clock position. This screw-in crown, also called the "Big Crown," provides excellent grip as you set the time.

Pairing the Squale 30 Atmos Ref. 1545 Grey with a matching bezel harmonises the entire outlook of the watch, a fine mixture of sass and sensibility. The ceramic bezel, which can be smoothly rotated into 120 positions counterclockwise, is polished to a high gloss. It glosses over the engraved markers, which are coated with SuperLuminova. And with the grooved ridges, you get a firm grip for easy rotation.

Made by specialist dive watchmakers with a long history, the Squale 30 Atmos Ref. 1545 Grey operates on the Swiss-made ETA 2824-2/SW200 movement, giving you 28,800 BPH (4 Hertz) and both hand winding and hacking capabilities. Its screw-in case back keeps the watch water-resistant to depths of 300m.

This 40mm watch is satin polished on the surface and mirror polished on the sides, creating an illusion of depth since this watch is only 11.5mm thick. The watch comes with a 20mm bracelet and a lug-to-lug width of 47mm. With its sleek dimensions, it is an excellent unisex watch, highly wearable on the wrists of both men and women.
