Squale 30 ATMOS Ref.1545 White - Rubber

This collection preserves Squale’s history of producing quality dive watches while adding a modern touch with its upgrades in design and materials. This range features a brand new case design and new and exciting colours, coupled with popular unisex design features inspired by Squale’s heritage divers watches from the 60s. Perhaps the most fashionable tool watch - introducing the Squale 30 Atmos Ref. 1545 White.

The Squale 30 Atmos Ref. 1545 White's round 40mm case, made of 316L stainless steel with bilux finishing, sits comfortably on most wrists. The distinctive white ceramic bezel is engraved with gold markers and polished to a high gloss that renders the bezel scratch-resistant. The bezel can be smoothly rotated into 120 positions counterclockwise, thanks to its grooved ridges, and glows green under low light with its SuperLuminova coating. Keeping the watch water-resistant up to 300m underwater is the watch's screw-in case back, which carries the Squale logo.

Applied vintage hour markers

In this white and gold piece, you can see the quality and precision of Squale's craftsmanship. Its matte white dial creates a subtle contrast against the glossy bezel that gives the illusion of depth within the dial. Looking closely, you will notice the fine details that Squale has added to this watch. The gilt-gold trimming around the hands and markers certainly elevates the sophistication of the watch. The consistency in design throughout the watch makes it pleasing to the eyes.

Its flat sapphire crystal and anti-reflection coating guarantee high readability. So does the mix of applied circular and trapezoid markers around the watch. Trapezoids sit at the 6, 9, and 12 positions and the date box at the 3 o'clock position, leaving the rest of the markers circular. The trapezoid markers feature a stroke of red paint as a tribute to Squale's 1960s design legacy. The markers on the dial are coated with SuperLuminova for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions. Another heritage feature is the oversized, 1960s-inspired winding crown located to the side of the three o'clock position. This screw-in crown, also called the "Big Crown," is simple to use and includes a red o-ring.

Superluminova applied on bezel, hour markers & hands

The Swiss-made, automatic Sellita SW 200-1 Elaboré SW200 movement powers this watch with 28,800 BPH, speed, hacking, and hand-winding abilities, and it comes with a 38-hour power reserve. Squale cleverly makes use of mixed polishing - satin polish on the surfaces, and mirror polish on the sides, to give the appearance of depth to the watch. Its actual depth measures 11.5mm, with a lug-to-lug width of 47mm. Close attention is also paid to the 20mm tropic robber with matching colour, reminiscent of traditional diver watches in the hey-day. The rubber comes with a sign tang buckle for easy wearing during your adventures.
