In continuation of its development, Seiko has launched its automatic caliber in the 1950s, along with its marvel, which is the creation of its shock absorbing system for the movement; known as the "Diashock" system.

Seiko has gone through a decade of refining and developing its mechanical watchmaking skills. These had led to the creation of Seiko's all-mechanical collection; the Presage.

In 2026, Seiko celebrates its 145th anniversary starting with four distinct presage timpieces. Today, we are proudly introducing the new Classic Series HCC004J, inspired by "Seiko Blue" this piece emphasize the blue accent which continues to embody the Seiko brand identity.

The Presage embraces today's trend for more compact sizing with its refined 36mm case, 12.5mm thickness, and a wrist-friendly 41.4mm lug-to-lug, making it an effortlessly stylish choice for modern tastes. Adding to its vintage charm is the iconic case profile from Seiko's beloved classic series, elegantly proportioned and full of character. It is designed with soft, flowing curves, resulting in an inviting, approachable form that remains exceptionally comfortable on the wrist.

The bezel features a delicate, refined finish that catches the light beautifully, contrasting with the brushed surfaces of the case, while the polished sides provide a touch of sophistication from every angle. This tasteful interplay of textures gives the watch a sense of depth and quiet luxury. Due to the compact size of this piece, Seiko equips it with the 6R51 caliber, an upgrade from the reliable 6R15 and the 2019 6R35. Introduced in 2023, this movement makes the watch one of the first to feature Seiko's new automatic caliber. Operating at 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hertz) with hacking and hand winding functions, the 6R51 boasts 24 jewels and an impressive 72 hour power reserve, significantly longer than its predecessors.

This timepiece arrives on an 18mm deep navy cow leather strap designed to complement the dial and take the aesthetic to the next level. It is completed with a secure three-fold clasp and push-button release.
