Orient in-house caliber F6922 automatic movement

Off the bat, a high level of detail is reflected in the tastefully finished case of the Orient Mechanical Sports. The polished stainless steel case receives a highly finished bevelled edge that extends from one end of the lug to another, adding a touch of depth and luxurious character.
 
This highly polished black steel finish serves as a canvas which highlights the striking gold highlights on the watch. Having a case diameter of 41.8mm, 12mm thick and a lug to lug distance of 46.8mm, the watch has a larger size that fits most men wrist sizes. Moreover, the lugs curve downwards gently, allowing the watch to hug the wrist comfortably. The watch is water resistant up to 200m (20 bar), making it perfect for everyday use.

Polished black steel amplifies the gold accents

Without a doubt, the star of the show is the magnificent dial of the Orient. Underneath the sapphire crystal, sits an elegant black dial with polished applied polished gilt indices. Featuring a matching gold arrow hands giving it a gilt shine that is held together by a minute scale rehaut, giving it a luxurious sporty aesthetic. Built with precision like the subtle day date complication at the 3, each detail on the watch compliments each other perfectly. Ensuring visibility under different lighting conditions, the indices and hands are filled with a generous white super-luminova. 
 
Protected by the screwed down caseback lies, the Orient in-house caliber F6922 automatic movement, featuring a substantial power reserve of 42 hours. This 22-jewel movement has a 3 Hz beat rate of 21,600 beats per hour. The Caliber F6922 also holds hand-winding and hacking capabilities.

The Orient Mechanical Sports Diver Gilt Ref. RA-AA0005B comes on a comfortable 22mm black rubber strap for a go anywhere do anything functionality. The strap is fitted with an ever reliable black buckle to strap the watch securely on the wrist.
