The name "Stretto" is borrowed from the world of music, signifying a quickening of tempo that builds toward a climax—a fitting tribute to Orient's 75-year legacy of watchmaking excellence. Inspired by the celebrated Semi Skeleton models, the Stretto series introduces a fresh design theme that captures the dynamic energy of the urban landscape. Joining the collection is the Orient Mechanical Contemporary Stretto Date Gradient Blue Limited Edition, a timepiece that harmonises heritage with a modern, metropolitan spirit.

The newly refined 38.5mm case strikes the perfect balance between presence and wearability, measuring 45.5mm lug to lug with a slim 11.2mm profile that rests comfortably on the wrist. Its versatile proportions make it an ideal unisex size, appealing to both men and women who appreciate a sporty yet refined timepiece. Crafted from stainless steel with a tasteful mix of brushed surfaces and polished accents, the case embodies timeless sportiness and everyday versatility, while the mirror-polished reverse-R surface on the lugs adds a distinctive shine. Practicality is assured with a push-pull crown positioned at 3 o'clock and water resistance rated to 50m, making it a reliable companion for daily wear.
