Hamilton watches are leading-edge, high-performing and renowned for their Swiss precision while embodying the classic American Spirit. With a long-standing track record for its craftsmanship alliances with movies, military, and aviation heritage, Hamilton's perennial watch collections entail series like the Khaki Field, Khaki Aviation, Khaki Navy, Ventura, and Jazzmaster.
The Khaki Navy Scuba Auto is back in action again this year with the new cool and brightly-hued Hamilton Khaki Navy Scuba Auto 43 Blue. Hamilton does not reinvent the wheel when it comes to this new dive watch. Instead, the brand leverages upon established design aspects and an appealing set of specifications. Hence this model is relatable, well-assembled, and renders homage to Hamilton where the brand can excel, namely, in its competitiveness, quality materials and specifications.

| Hamilton Khaki Navy Scuba Auto GMT 43 Blue - Bracelet Ref. H82535140 |
As the Khaki Navy Scuba is the brand's launchpad into the dive watch market, the Hamilton Khaki Navy Scuba Auto 43 Blue gives Hamilton fans and watch enthusiasts a familiar pat on the back as a predictable classic diver watch. The curved, mostly brushed case with polished accents on the sides of this automatic version is pretty wide with a 43mm diameter. Moreover, its slightly elongated lug-to-lug of 51.2mm is compensated by a decent 13.9mm thickness. Be supercharged for an underwater adventure with the watch's 300m water-resistance, owing to a screwed caseback and a screw-down crown. Enjoy your underwater expedition while remaining assured that curved guards safeguard the crown on each side.
The unidirectional bezel has a really solid, tactile grip that makes it easy to operate, framing that domed sapphire crystal beautifully. Inside, Hamilton has gone with a polished ceramic insert, and having that engraved 24-hour scale right there just adds an extra layer of reassurance about the overall quality and reliability of the build. The real draw here, though, is the fume blue dial. It's got this deep, mysterious transition of color that pairs perfectly with the blue ceramic bezel. To keep things sharp, they've framed the markers and hands in silver, which creates a striking contrast against the darker tones of the dial.

| Swiss mechanical dive watch with a value proposition |
On the dial, Hamilton has gone with a grained, fumé blue that brings a fresh sense of depth we haven't really seen in this series before. With the date window sitting at the 3 o'clock position, the dial stays incredibly legible thanks to those oversized hands and indices. Of course, the big news here is the added GMT function, which fits naturally into the layout without cluttering things up. Everything is heavily coated in white Super-LumiNova for that sharp, "torch-like" readability you want in a dark room or underwater. To finish it off, the seconds hand and the GMT hand are highlighted in red, giving the dial a nice, energetic pop of color that really stands out against the moody blue background.
Powered by a well-known movement, the caliber H-14, this timepiece contains a massive power reserve of 80 hours -also due to a reduced 3Hz frequency and updated kinetic chain. Thus this watch is superior in movement vis-a-vis other watches powered by Japanese movements. Additionally, this watch is bedecked with an anti-magnetic Nivachron balance spring.

SuperLuminova for Superb Glow In Dark |
Worn on a stainless steel 3-link bracelet and closed by a folding clasp with push-button release, this watch completes the summery and optimistic look with its nautical-inspired colorway. It is a definite conversation piece when worn on the wrist.
Ultimately, the Khaki Navy Scuba Auto GMT 43 Blue isn't trying to disrupt the dive watch world; instead, it leans into exactly what Hamilton does best—offering a rock-solid, dependable tool watch with a bit of a wink and a smile. Between that new wave-textured dial and the reliable H-14 movement tucked inside, you're getting a lot of watch for your money. It's the kind of piece that feels just as right catching the light on a weekend boat trip as it does as a daily driver back at the office.
