The Aristo Officer 38 is clearly inspired by watches issued to military officiers in the 50s. And that means it is designed with legibility in mind, being a requirement back then. The dial is kept simple and sticks to the basics. It's highly legible and the use of only black and white on the dial along with the minimal text leads to a refreshing and fuss-free dial. The classic dial design is accompanied by the white straight-style hands and the matte black dial are filled with good amount of SuperLumiNova. We especially love the no date design to get a perfect 50-50 balance on the dial.

Satin brushed steel case with sapphire crystal

Onto the case, the Officer 38 as its name implies has a 38mm case and mere thickness of only 9.5mm. It features a full satin brushed bezel and case along with arched lugs, giving it a classic watch vibe. While it showcases a more traditional form, Aristo decides to bring in some modern element by having an opened caseback for the wearer to admire the Swiss Made ETA2824-2 automatic at work.
