Nav B-Uhr 44 Titan A-Type Central Second

The highlight of this watch is probably the Steinhart's modified ETA Unitas 6497-1 movement. Unlike the regular ETA6497, this movement is modified to have a central second hand. Attention to details is very apparent in this new Steinhart calibre. Firstly, the ratchet wheels are gold plated with then engraved with Steinhart's logo. Due to its intricacy, the Nav B-Uhr 44 Titan A-Type Central Second is made only in a small quantity every time.

For the central second wheel modification, there will of course be a need for the second wheel bridge. The inhouse designed and produced second wheel bridge is unique only to Steinhart. Lastly, for regulation and timing accuracy, there is of course the two- spoke screw balance and bevelled swan-neck fine adjustment. And all these put together with blued screws.

The watch comes with a vintage style leather strap with two rivets. And to complete the whole experience, Steinhart is including an extra leather strap and a strap changing tool. And all these, packed into the Steinhart's signature piano finished black wooden box.

This watch is really all about the movement and if you are someone who appreciates movements, this is probably the pilot watch for you. You know these in-house modifications do not come cheap and never will it be found in watches below $3000.
