brought about changes in the new specification concerning better
resistance to magnetism, vibration, water resistance and better
luminous. Stocker & Yale was contracted to manufacture the new
MIL-W-46374C specification.
MIL-W-46374E published 6 years later on 31
May 1989 brought about significant changes to the dial of the watches.
With a new font type used to indicate the numbers on the dial. And the
replacing of Tritium paint for Tritium vials. To accommodate the new
changes, Stocker & Yale introduced the "Peek-a-boo" windows to hold the
Tritium vials. Together with a change of hands to hold the Tritium
vials, a new look is created.
MIL-W-46374F published 14 October 1991
brought about a whole range of new watches. Typically the Stocker & Yale
490 Type1, Stocker & Yale P650 Type6, Stocker & Yale P660 Type6.
