Hot on the heels of current prevalent flow of new Dievas watches and abiding by the company’s successful policy to pursue savvy, quality watches with realistic prices. We are delighted to present the all new Dievas [Z]eta Tritium (H3). With input from military personnel and sport enthusiasts, the designers at Dievas compound purpose with practical know-how to conceptualize a utilitarian field watch that will not only withstand the rigors of hash terrains but also visually appealing as an everyday all purpose timepiece. A watch of handsome proportions by today’s standards, the [Z]eta measures a very manageable 44mm x 52mm x 14.5mm and come in 3 different variant, the Code Red, Desert Storm and Phantom.
To achieve the required tolerance for its intended purpose, various elaborate advance manufacturing techniques is incorporated, primarily in the construction of the watch case. The 3 piece-case is entirely milled from high quality 316L stainless-steel. Using the best CNC machines allow us to fabricate a case adorning clean precise edges and definitive stature. Subsequently the case is checked for blemishes before sending off to the watchmakers for a uniform exquisite uniform brush finish by hand. A new Low-Lite Tactical Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) finish is available as an option. For timing duties in the field or during a dive, a tight, positive 120-click uni-directional bezel is integrated, complete with machined grooves on the sides for a sturdy grip. A strong, scratch resistant ceramic bezel insert, with clear laser-edged minute increments is bestowed upon the bezel. Copious amount of time is spent on blasting the ceramic insert to a flat matt finish to compliment the military purposeful theme of the watch, which is inevitably another industry 1st from Dievas.
At the heart of the watch operation is the very robust and dependable Miyota automatic mechanical movement. The very smooth time/date setting operation is via the signed and screw-down crown protected by signature Dievas crown guard design. Sealing the case is a superior 3.5mm thick sapphire crystal with super anti-reflective coating. Each watch is further tested for water resistance rating up to a plentiful 300metres.
For the Dievas [Z]eta, the watch dial is arguably the most distinct attraction of the whole watch. Comes in 3 alluring color combination, the layered patterned dial is an attribute of the meticulous work conceived by the talented group of Dievas In-house designers. Each dial is extensively worked on to produce an inventive dusky ambient finish giving each watch its own chic character. To aid low light time telling visibility, the Dievas [Z]eta is illuminated by top-of-the-range GTLS (Gaseous Tritium Light Sources), made by Swiss company MB-microtec’s superior trigalight® technology, considered the industry gold standard in Tritium illumination. Unlike luminous substitutes used in other watches that require external light sources to recharge themselves, the Tritium gas tubes found in the Dievas [Z]eta are self-powered and require no external energy source. An unprecedented total of 15 Tritium tubes irradiate the dial, the hour, minute and second hands. By using a mixture of color tritium tubes, we are able to amplify contrast between the dial markers and watch hands, allowing us to tell the current time with ease.
To complete the package, a custom made 4mm thick, 316L full stainless steel bracelet with screw links is adapted. For enhanced security, a Dievas signed, single deployment diver clasp is used. The 22mm lugs are drilled through for convenient strap changes.
Dievas is proud of the [Z]eta and every other watch bearing the Dievas Brand. We stand behind every product we put out in this instance; [Z]eta will receive a 1 year international warranty.
